This article looks at one of the best offense in college football, the Kansas Jayhawks. We take a look at their super sweep play, where they lead their run game with 3 pullers. It is one of their successful gap schemes you will see from Kansas. They also run a lead sweep option with 2 pullers and a RB acting as lead blockers. This article will look at both variations.

Super Sweep

Kansas ran super sweep on 3 occasions vs Oklahoma State, Here is the scheme as they blocked it vs the odd defense. They come out in unbalances formation to the boundary below and the defense is in a 3-4 look. They pull both guards and the playside tackle kicks out. They take advantage of angles and the tackle will get a good angle for the kickout block.
