Quick Playbook additions: Cover 3 Overload Pass Rush Concepts

This article looks at cover 3 overload blitz pressures. Overload pass rush concepts involves rushing 4 players to a side. They will then have 1 player contain rush on the other side. Away from the pressure they will often drop 1-2 players into coverage. This is usually a defensive lineman and Lb or 2 defensive lineman depending on the front.

I have some film examples of 4-2, penny and 3-3 packages. Hope you can find one that is beneficial to your defense.
